At Let’s Sweat It Out, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is verified and are typically delivered within 6–10 business days, including handling and transit time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, as address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. If your package is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, incorrect items, or if you've simply changed your mind. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once your request is received, our support team will review it and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days. All returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items include free return shipping with a prepaid return label. For customer preference returns, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees. Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We also offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
